Whats a better way to end your day than someone shaking your hand, looking you in the eye and saying thank you sir. I really appreciate what you did here. Knowing that you performed above and beyond expectations was a feeling that you just never seemed to have in most jobs. Whether its bosses, coworkers, or customers I always felt I had been working in places where nobody around me ever seemed to be satisfied. I knew I wanted to be the boss one day and I wanted to own a business that really gave something of value to its customers and had integrity: it delivered exactly what it promised to people.

I wanted to become a part of the BIOSWEEP name because I saw something there that was special, and served a unique purpose in the community. People all over the world have been playing with ozone machines like they were Mcdonalds toys until BIOSWEEP came along. They perfected the methods, the tools, and brought trained professionals into the fold. People who knew what they were doing, which in the area of ozone generators, was something sorely needed. I felll in love with BIOSWEEPS passion for their science and technology. This was a company that delivered a promise to people and would go above and beyond to make sure things were done right. That includes coming back for free if for any reason the customer was not happy with the results.

I thought this company represents integrity, hard work, honesty, and responsibility. Its perfect to share with my two sons as a way for us to grow as a family and as a company that all shared the same values. I’ve tried to teach them these things growing up and here was a perfect way to use what i taught them and apply it to earning a living in the world. And something that would grow for a lifetime.

The 3 of us work together each with our own expertise if you will, in aspects of the business. And together we make up the BIOSWEEP SE Wisconsin official team. We all go to jobs, assess, take measurements, setup, take down, and handle the equipment and materials that go into a treatment. We all have our own gas masks, tyvek suits, training, and knowledge in all of the techniques we use. We put safety and getting the job done right above all else.

I have the best job in the world because everyday I get to look forward to that rare handshake that will soon be a lost art. The handshake where two men agreed upon a deal and both kept their end of the bargain. Both men show the other man respect and gratitude and walk away knowing they are better off. How many times have you felt that way after purchasing something or doing some kind of exchange with a big corporation. Just think back in the wild west they didn’t have any customer service desks or dedicated phone numbers to helping unhappy people.

Greed has over-rode people’s concern with each other as human beings. Business is now driving people apart, associated with the sneaky businessman in a dark coat who wants to take you for all that you have. Well these are things that I thought about with deep meditation that led me to the eventual decision to become a part of BIOSWEEP.
